Most of my clients with a chronic illness, depression, high anxiety or complex trauma report that somatic trauma therapy is the first thing that really made a difference in how they feel. As long as there continues to be no internal safety, you stay dysregulated, and all the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms remain stuck.

When you learn how to build capacity to feel, listen, and attune to your nervous system, your nervous system will naturally complete the stuck survival responses and move on. In other words, your nervous system gets regulated, and you become more resilient.

And when that happens, you notice that:

  • You can move through a difficult day without fully shutting down or having an anxiety attack
  • You're no longer just managing symptoms... with each trauma release, you feel safer to be in your body, and you become more relaxed and energised

This private, one-to-one program works at the nervous system level for lasting healing. It includes working with somatic trauma healing, your inner child, family of origin, ancestral lineage, and spiritual dimensions of your experience.

For clients living with chronic illness, depression, high anxiety or complex trauma, going slower and learning how to listen to their nervous system is the key to healing.

1:1 Somatic Trauma Therapy Sessions — up to 4 per month

Private somatic therapy online sessions, or in person in Bali.

I work with a wide range of trauma, including but not limited to shock, complex, developmental, birth and in-utero, medical, transgenerational, abuse of any kind, and collective trauma. I also work with attachment styles, inner child, family of origin dynamics, and unresolved pain that has been passed down through your ancestral line.

  • Explore the unique imprints of the traumas that you experienced and how your symptoms may be related
  • Discover where your nervous system is stuck and what nervous system patterns keep repeating
  • Learn how to track what's happening in your body and build the capacity to help your nervous system feel safe enough to release the trauma
  • Apply healing tools and resources that support your unique nervous system from moment to moment... the process is led by your nervous system and not by a technique
  • Learn to slow down so that you can catch all the subtle ways the nervous system holds on to stress, suppressed emotions and old survival patterns... this is where the true magic happens
  • Spend time focusing on integration and expanding into what feels good, because trauma healing isn't just about releasing the painful, but also about restoring what feels good

Trauma Coaching and Nervous System Education

Understand the connection between your nervous system, trauma and chronic health issues.

I'll give you a clear framework for what's happening in your nervous system and coach you on how to change patterns that no longer serve you. This support is based on my 10 years of personal and professional experience in somatic trauma healing and psychotherapy.

  • Receive grounded education in trauma types, nervous system states, and survival responses
  • Understand the principles of somatic trauma healing so you learn to trust your own body's wisdom
  • Build personalised strategies for working with your triggers and sensitivities, rather than being run by them

Explore how your trauma patterns show up in your relationships and at work, and practice embodiment and communication tools to set clear, grounded boundaries. You stop feeling confused by your own reactions. You understand what's happening and why. And you have tools that help you shift out of the patterns keeping you stuck and move toward the life and health you actually want.

Support Between Sessions — 2 hours per month

So you're not navigating the hard moments alone.

Let's face it, life continues to happen in between sessions, with all its ups and downs. Your anxiety spikes, you have a panic attack, or you just completely shut down and become incapacitated. I offer between-session support, so that you don't have to wait until the next session when you feel overwhelmed with anxiety, fear, panic, depression, or shutdown.

  • You have direct access to me via WhatsApp, email, or short 15- to 30-minute online therapy sessions
  • You get real-time support in stabilising your nervous system
  • I help you apply your new somatic skills to life challenges as they are happening
  • I coach you on how to navigate situations that trigger you
  • These check-ins help with integration and keeping your healing process moving forward

You feel therapeutically supported and held throughout the process, not just in the hour we're together in session.

Recorded Somatic Practices

Keep practising nervous system regulation in between sessions.

I'll provide you with recorded practices you can use on your own to support your nervous system between our sessions. These aren't generic guided meditations. They're body-based neurosensory practices drawn directly from my 10 years of experience practising and studying somatic trauma healing and nervous system regulation.

Bonus: CranioSacral Therapy & Somatic Experiencing® Touchwork

For Bali clients only.

For clients in Bali, your monthly sessions can include CranioSacral therapy or Somatic Experiencing® touchwork, which are hands-on modalities you can substitute for any of your four regular sessions. These are gentle, hands-on therapies that support nervous system regulation and help release trauma patterns stored deep in the body. They are complementary to somatic trauma therapy, and combining these can create a deeper level of nervous system regulation and healing.

Trauma is caused when we are unable to release blocked energies, to fully move through the physical/emotional reactions to hurtful experience. Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your nervous system doesn't respond well to pressure and urgency. It responds to slow, consistent somatic work where we honour your nervous system's pace to feel safe and release. Six months allows for proper integration that creates lasting change, rather than temporary relief followed by another crash. You're essentially rewiring your nervous system when you're healing trauma, and the rewiring process takes time. Most of my clients notice significant shifts within the first couple of months, and the second half of the programme is where those shifts become the new you.
Most approaches work either at the mental level only, or they go into the physical or energetic body without trauma awareness. Mental clarity is not the same as creating change at the body level. Energywork and bodywork, when done by someone without proper trauma training, have the potential to make you feel worse. Somatic trauma therapy, on the other hand, is not a technique. We find where trauma is stored in the body and explore what your nervous system needs for support to feel safe again. From there, we trust in the inherent wisdom that your nervous system knows how to release the trapped stress, pain, or emotions.
Yes and no. You don't have to relive every traumatic experience to heal trauma. However, to heal trauma, eventually you have to go to the scary and painful places in your body, where the survival energy got stuck. We then help your nervous system feel safe enough to complete the survival response. This is done gently. We build capacity to be with the difficult sensations and emotions first, so that you don't get overwhelmed or have to dissociate. We release trauma in small, titrated amounts to build safety and avoid retraumatisation. Many clients are surprised by how safe and manageable it feels compared to what they expected, and how fast the nervous system starts to release.
Yes. The process is attuned to your nervous system capacity. With chronic physical and mental conditions or complex trauma, we need to go especially slowly. That's why this program is 6 months long. It gives your nervous system time to integrate and adapt to the changes without getting overwhelmed or shutting down. We don't push through to see progress. The slower you go, the more the healing sticks.
No. They replace your regular somatic trauma therapy sessions. You have up to four sessions per month, and if you're in Bali, you can choose to use any of those for hands-on work instead.
